As a platform that specifically deals with customized products, which are created according to the customer’s requirements using mutual understanding and agreements by and between the creator or artist and the customer through the platform. It is our greatest priority to protect the interests of both parties equally at the same time. And the scope of freelance services is broad, the platform follows a 12 hours cancellation window policy. As per the policy:

1. 1. A customer can place an order with a creator/artist without having to pay first.
   2. 12 hours from the time of order placement, is the cancellation window.
   3. All orders are confirmed only after the cancellation window.

The customer can enquire about the specific requirements they are looking for from the artist.

If the customer is satisfied with the offerings of the creator/artist, they can choose to pay whenever within 12 hours.

Even after the payment, the order can be canceled within the remaining time of the cancellation window. Such order payments are fully refunded through the original mode of payment.

1. 1. After the cancellation window,

If no payment is made within 12 hours the order will be automatically canceled.

For orders that are paid for, it cannot be canceled after the cancellation window, such orders are considered “confirmed”.

No refunds will be issued for confirmed orders, whatsoever.

The work will only begin after the confirmation from customer’s side.

If the customer cancels their order within 12 hour window, a full refund is given to the customer.

No cancellation is given for the confirmed orders.
